Wang Hai, male, born in November 1954, from Chizhou, Anhui, 70 years old, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor's degree from the Central Party School, and is currently a retired cadre.
In 2014, the works participated in the calligraphy and painting exhibition celebrating the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China for veteran cadres in Chizhou City.
In December 2015, the calligraphy works won the Silver Award for the Third National Middle aged and Elderly Calligraphy Creation, and were awarded the title of Honorary Reader of China Calligraphy and Painting Guide for Six Years. The calligraphy works were included in the Selected Works of the Third National Middle aged and Elderly Calligraphy Creation Awards.
In June 2016, during the celebration of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's Long March, calligraphy works won the bronze medal in the 4th National Dream Cup Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In July 2016, in commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sun Yat sen, the calligraphy works won the first prize in the 4th National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting and Calligraphy Competition of Great Men's Ode to the Chinese Dream. I am currently a member of the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Society and the Guichi District Calligraphy Association.
In April 2017, during the collection of original works for the 30th anniversary calligraphy and painting exhibition of Yishou Digest, the work won the Excellent Work Award at the 30th anniversary calligraphy and painting exhibition and was permanently collected by Yishou Digest Newspaper.
In November 2017, the calligraphy works were selected for the 11th Chinese Painting Calligraphy Competition held by the China Art Competition website after evaluation and won the Excellent Works Award.
In November 2017, after strict evaluation and voting by an expert group, he was awarded the honorary title of National Excellent Middle aged and Elderly Calligrapher.
In December 2017, the calligraphy work won the second prize in the 2017 National Poetry and Calligraphy Painter Creation Annual Conference.
In May 2018, calligraphy works won first prize in the National Middle aged and Elderly Calligraphy Competition celebrating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up.
In June 2018, he was selected as a specially appointed calligrapher and painter by Anhui Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.
From 2019 to 2021, the works were exhibited at the Guichi District Book Association, the Municipal Book Association, and the Elderly University to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
From 2019 to 2022, calligraphy works have been exhibited at the city and district book associations, and have won the Excellent Works Exhibition of the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China at the city library.
In 2023, the calligraphy works won the Excellent Award at the 15th Hongru Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
In July 2024, calligraphy works were exhibited in the Provincial Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Competition organized by the Anhui Provincial Elderly Committee, Anhui Provincial Calligraphy Association, and Anhui Provincial University for the Elderly.
