刘振人Liu Zhenren

Liu Zhenren, born in October 1953, with the courtesy name Qingping, the pen name Zui Yanchong, and the pen name Qingya Zhai. My ancestral home is Yifeng, Jiangxi. From a young age, he inherited the teachings of the court and had a great passion for calligraphy. He had a wide range of knowledge and diligently studied steles and inscriptions. From the Tang Dynasty to the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties, he studied classics from all dynasties. In recent years, he has dedicated himself to writing Sun Guoting's "Shupu" in cursive script, comprehending the simplicity of ancient people through horizontal and vertical strokes, integrating the past with the present, and consciously benefiting.

 

In recent years, calligraphy and painting works have won more than 20 gold and silver awards in various national calligraphy and painting competitions held by the "Calligraphers" newspaper, "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Guide", and "Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Journal". In 2014, the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Society arranged the publication of a collection of personal calligraphy works. In June 2021, the Chinese "Calligraphers" newspaper arranged the publication of another collection of personal calligraphy and painting works, which are collected by multiple libraries and museums. In the same year, he was hired as a contracted calligrapher and painter by multiple media outlets. In 2015, I participated in the National Thousand People Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition on ArtNet, showcasing ten calligraphy works.

 

I studied for two years at the School of Fine Arts, Global Hanmo Culture and Art Institute from October 2015 to October 2017. In November 2018, participated in a ten person calligraphy and painting exhibition organized by the Jiangxi Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Society, exhibiting ten works and one long scroll, and received high praise. From 2020 to 2024, participated in calligraphy exhibitions organized by the Jiangxi Calligraphers Association, obtained the qualification to participate three times, and thus joined the Jiangxi Calligraphers Association.
