梁宇翔Liang Yuxiang

Liang Yuxiang, former Deputy Director and Secretary of the Teaching and Research Office of Baoji Education Bureau, senior high school teacher, and Communist Party member. Born in October 1946 in Xinzhuanghe Village, Biaojiao Town, Fengxiang County, with both parents being farmers. After graduating from Fengshi in 1966, I worked as a teacher at Yequ School in my county. In 1969, a public teacher returned to my village to teach at the primary school. Later, the Fengxiang County Cultural and Educational Bureau transferred me to the county film station to carry out propaganda work. In 1971, I was transferred to a junior high school teacher. In April 1972, I went to study at the Chinese Department of Shaanxi Normal University; After graduating from university in July 1975, he became a teacher at Fengxiang Normal School, responsible for teaching Chinese language at the college level. I have taught courses in modern literature, writing, literary theory, and foreign literature. The students trained are spread across various counties and districts in Baoji City.

 

In March 1981, he was transferred to the Teaching and Research Office of the Education Bureau of Baoji City as the editor of the journal "Baoji Education"; Later, he served as the editor and deputy editor in chief of Baoji Education Daily (the editor in chief was concurrently held by the director of the Education Bureau); The student publication "Reading and Writing Garden" was founded in 1993; Serve as Deputy Editor in Chief. In 1995, he served as the Deputy Director of the Municipal Teaching and Research Office, responsible for education promotion and primary education, as well as research on music teaching in primary and secondary schools. In the same year, he was awarded the title of Senior Middle School Teacher. Since 2001, he has served as the Secretary of the Party Branch of the Municipal Teaching and Research Office. I have worked in the Teaching and Research Office of the Education Bureau of Baoji City for 26 years, edited the "Baoji Education" magazine and newspaper for 20 years, and read and write the "Reading and Writing Garden" for 6 years. The number of revised and edited articles cannot be counted. During my time in charge of primary education, I led the compilation of multiple sets of Happy Education series for primary schools. Among them, I was the editor in chief of the Chinese auxiliary textbook for the fourth grade of Happy Education in primary schools. I have visited the school multiple times to provide educational and teaching guidance reports for teachers; I have published over 20 articles on educational research in domestic newspapers and compiled them into a book titled 'Teaching Argumentation and Teaching Art'. 26 years of diligent and conscientious work have made due contributions to promoting the development and reform of education in Baoji, and have fulfilled their duties and responsibilities. Retired from the second tier in January 2005 and retired in October 2006.

 

Advanced education worker recognized by the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Government in 1998; Outstanding teaching and research personnel awarded by the Education Department of Shaanxi Province in 2000.

 

From November 2008, he served as the Deputy Director and Secretary General of the Education Professional Committee of the Municipal Association for Science and Technology for 10 years. During this period, he also served as the Secretary General of Baoji Education Society for 5 years and the Deputy Director of the Municipal Education System Working Committee for 5 years. In 2009, he was awarded the title of exemplary individual of Baoji Old Science Association; In 2010, he won the title of exemplary individual of Shaanxi Education Society; In 2011, he won the title of exemplary individual of Baoji Federation of Social Sciences; In 2015, he was awarded the title of exemplary individual of Shaanxi Province for Caring for the Next Generation. Served as the Secretary General of the Education Society of Baoji City for 5 years, edited 5 issues of the Education Society's journal, totaling over 400000 words.
