陈康举Chen Kangju

Chen Kangju, male, Han ethnicity, pen name Xinghai, also known as Fuziguang and Master of Haizhao Studio, was born in 1963 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, with an associate degree. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the International ISQ9000A Calligraphy and Painting Artist Certification Center, Executive Vice Chairman of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Committee for Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, and member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. Recognized by China News Press in 2019 as one of the 100 Master Calligraphers and Painters of New China, he is also a Special Guest Calligrapher for China Calligraphy and Painting Guide, Director of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of the Fujian Calligraphers Association, member of the Fujian Couplets Association, and President of the Fujian Zhonglong Cultural Research Institute. He has been honored as the Global Ambassador for the Promotion of Chinese Culture by the China Cultural Arts Talent Center and the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and in 2025, he was specially awarded the title of "Contemporary Leader in the Calligraphy and Painting World" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. His works have won awards in numerous domestic and international exhibitions and are permanently collected. In 2020, his works were exhibited in a solo exhibition at the Famous Artists Hall of the Global Online Art Museum. The exhibition was hosted by the Yideguo Art Museum in Beijing and the Beijing Chinese Painting Academy, featuring the 33rd Fashion Classic · Invitational Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters.
