On September 27th, the "Chaoyi Junshuang - Five Hundred Years of Ming and Qing Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" hosted by Zhejiang Calligraphy Research Association and West Lake Painting Association, and fully planned and organized by Hangzhou Zhanyuan Culture and Zhanyuan Art Museum, opened at Zhanyuan Art Museum in Binjiang District, Hangzhou.
This exhibition collected more than 50 exquisite works of literati, scholars, stone and stone calligraphers and painters from the mid Ming Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty from well-known collectors of ancient calligraphy and painting in China. They include the ink of literati such as Wang Ao, Dong Qichang, Chen Jiru, Mo Shilong, and Wu Yingji from the Ming Dynasty, as well as the calligraphy of literati such as Gong Dingzi, Wang Shizhen, Song Lao, and Mao Xiang from the early Qing Dynasty, as well as flower masterpieces such as Li Lao, Li Fangying, and Luo Pin from the "Eight Masters of Yangzhou".
The exhibition will run until October 27th.
