陈明贵Chen Minggui

Chen Minggui, Tujia ethnic group, born in August 1952, from Lichuan, Hubei. National first-class calligrapher and painter, excellent Paper Cuttings artist, four paragraphs of brush and seal script of Shanghai Calligraphy Association. Lichuan Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Lichuan Elderly University Calligraphy Society, Academician of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Member of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Jiujiang Calligraphers and Painters Association, and Signed Artist of Jingdezhen Jiangnan Ceramic Art Calligraphy and Painting Academy.

 

In 2021, the calligraphy work "Qinyuan Spring and Snow" won the Outstanding Work Award for Retired Old Comrades Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC by the State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd.

 

In 2022, the calligraphy work with the theme of "Celebrating the Successful convening of the 20th National Congress" won the Excellent Calligraphy Work Award of Lichuan Elderly University. Won the third prize of the "Dragon Boat Water Town Cup".

 

In 2023, he won the honorary title of "Excellent Paper Cuttings Artist" jointly awarded by Beijing Universal Hanmo Culture and Art Academy and Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Guide. The calligraphy and painting works won the gold medal in the 23rd National "Lushan Cup" Calligraphy and Poetry Competition, and were awarded the title of "Inheriting Classic Virtue and Artistic Double Happiness Artist". Won the special gold medal in the 5th "Ode to the Great Eastern Red Man" Calligraphy and Painting Competition.

 

In 2024, won the special gold medal in the 12th National "China Dream Cup" Calligraphy, Painting and Poetry Competition. Won the Special Gold Award in the 24th National "Lushan Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition.

 

In 2025, won the special gold medal in the 13th National "China Dream Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In October, won the special gold medal in the 25th National "Lushan Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Competition.
